"My room was not clean and the beds looked like the bedding had just been thrown up on the beds rather than actually made. There was an old wash cloth in the shower. My friend tried two different rooms with similar cleanliness and the door didn’t lock. DO NOT STAY HERE"

"The property was great, the rooms were new and great. My only issue was there wasn’t bedding I. The room for the pullout bed. When I called down to the front desk they said I need to come down and pick it up. So the room wasn’t prepared well and it is the customers responsibility to correct it?"

"Everything was great except the toilet in the bathroom was too low to the floor. I didn't think to request a handicap room, however, a friend that was staying in a handicap room when we were there said that the bed was too low to the floor and asked to be moved. Otherwise everything was great. Perhaps you may consult the ADA for suggestions on improving the accessibility."

"Hotel overall was bad smelling. Our room was even worse. Elevator out of order, buckets in hall catching leaking water. Felt like the place was run down and not well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful."
