"Firstly I must say that the service and food was excellent. The menu was extensive and delicious. The staff were brilliant- nothing was too much trouble. My spa treatment by Lucy was probably the best I’ve ever experienced. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The dining areas are well laid out and well maintained. "The room was comfortable, particularly the bed, although we did find some broken plastic under the sheet, not sure where it came from. There was no hot water from the sink even after running the tap for a while and the cistern to the toilet kept running after it had filled up. Saying all of that we would probably stay again."
