We arrived in a heat wave so were glad to have air conditioning. Unfortunately it was broken in all but the furthest room, making it similar to sleeping in a sauna. At first they acted surprised, but the fans already in the room and similar complaints overheard in the elevator show that this is a well known issue that is not being disclosed or resolved. Until resolved, find another place to stay during summer months.
Lighting is also a puzzle that we never solved. Motion sensors and light switches managed multiple lights in other areas of the apartment. I learned to kill the main master switch and walk around using my phone as a light source so I didnt wake others late at night. This has obviously been an issue for others as I see tape residue on the ceiling near some of the motion sensors.
If you expect privacy while in bed, do not take the bedroom off the entry hall. The bed blocks the door from shutting. Since thisnis thenonly room with a working air conditioner, it was bybfar the best option. Unfortunately, it is too remote from the rest of the aprtment to allow that air conditioner to help others.
Overall, a nice place in a good location. That being said, I would never stay here again based on the significant lighting and comfort issues, coupled with the feigned surprise when trying to resolve them.
