The hotel was clean and the downstairs bar had a big screen tv showing the Euro Cup. The drinks were cold and refreshing and the staff was attentive and helpful.

Light bulbs were missing - in the hallway and in the room and bathroom. Had to use my handy light to see and unlock the door. The dinner I had was really good though. The room seemed clean but the bathroom could use some work.

cockroaches!

Terrible experience — the hotel couldn’t find my booking and claimed it was a scam. On top of that, the room and hotel had cockroaches. Very disappointing and not recommended.

Rude greeting on arrival, room also was storage for towels and linen, no wifi in the room, cleanliness could be improved toilet brush was disgusting, food was poor quality and left spare key in the door with all our stuff inside luckily i returned early. I think people would only use this hotel once i don't think they have repeat customers, in my opinion. This is the worst review i have ever left! Sorry

The property is in a very nice area, with easy access - either walking or by tram - to the old town of Heidelberg. The room itself could have been very nice, if it had curtains (!!), some guidance on what lightswitch does what, and a better maintained shared toilet / bathroom. There are also no parking spaces at the property, so guess have to obtain temporary parking permits from the property for 5Euros for 2hrs, find a parking spot in the surrounding area, and display the permit in the car

I liked this property, except my door looked like it was kicked in. Also, parking wasn't very convenient. If it wasn't for me getting lucky on finding parking, I would have had none as free parking is limited. However, I slept like a baby and the property was quite beautiful and unique.

The wifi and TV didn't work in our room. Parking is only on the street, so there is NO Parking if you show up late. Had to park 15 minutes away walking. No water in the room. We had a shared bathroom with other people on the floor. Our room had a sloped ceiling that was awkward for a small guy and painful for a big guy. The lamps are all on the floor because they can't be on a table with the slope. Walked stairs to 3rd floor with bags. Very old school. Summary... OK to sleep there... Safe and staff are nice but not going out of the way to solve problems or requests. Check out guy didn't want to be bothered... having personal calls. Left key on the counter. So... Lots of expected amenities aren't there so don't be surprised by "No" when you ask about the amenities listed above.

Ich hatte auf Expedia ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad für eine Nacht gebucht. Bekommen habe ich ein Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad. Da ich alleine mein Zimmer suchen musste und unter Zeitdruck stand, konnte ich nicht unmittelbar reklamieren. Der einzige anwesende Kellner sprach ohnehin kaum Deutsch. Bei meiner Rückkehr ins Hotel war überhaupt keiner auffindbar, ebenso bei der Abreise am nächsten Morgen. Das Zimmer war eigentlich okay, aber das Bad eine Katastrophe. Verdreckte Toilette, verschmutzte Waschbecken, überall (gebrauchte?) Handtücher. Selbst bei so niedrigem Preis nicht zumutbar.

Das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen, schon garnicht für die ältere Generation, schmale Treppe in den 2. Stock, wenn man das Studio bucht. Es gibt nichts, was man sagen kann "das war in Ordnung". WLAN muß man suchen und sollte man es gefunden haben, sehr sehr langsam, auf dem Zimmer morgens nur bedingt und nur im Bett. In der Küche am Tisch, nix. Bei Nachfrage nur Schulterzucken. Frühstück 15 €, armselig. Funzellicht in Küche, im Schlafzimmer Deckenleuchte defekt. Kein Kleiderschrank, nur Kleiderhaken.

Vi stannade en natt på väg genom Europa. Prisvärt och bekvämt hotell. De svarade snabbt och trevligt på mejl när vi skrev att vi glömt något på hotellet. Rekommenderas!

Das Hotelzimmer war ein kleines Gefängnis von ca. 14 qm, obwohl ich über 32 qm gebucht und bezahlt hatte. Der Chef hat sich für eine Reklamation nicht blicken lassen. Es gab nur Restaurant-Servicekräfte, die für meine Anliegen immun waren aber sonst sehr nette. Gruß Stefan Küster

Der gemeinschaftliche Bad- und Toilettenraum wurde nicht oft genug gereinigt. Die Handtücher wurden schlecht organisiert und blieben benutzt liegen, auf den Fussboden oder am Handtuchhalter ohne Kennzeichnung des Nutzers.. Das Frühstücksangebot stand nicht in kleinerem Umfang mit angepasstem Preis zur Auswahl, z.B. nur Kaffee mit kleinerer Beilage, statt grosses Büffet

Fint hotel til prisen

En overnatning undervejs til Østrig på ski. Hotellet er hyggeligt og rent. Værelse til prisen ok, men noget slidt, ligesom TV stationer ikke, fungerede og at der kun var meget smal adgang til brusekabine. Morgenmad ok til prisen, men der var kun det mest nødvendige og man skulle spørge efter bl.a. bacon/æg som ellers fremgår af hjemmesiden som en del af morgenmaden.

Die Lage des Hotel ist echt super. Bei dem Preis hätte ich aber erwartet, dass die Ausstattung und der Zustand des Zimmers und des Gemeinschaftsbades besser sind. Die Fliesen im Gemeinschaftsbad sind lose und es besteht die Gefahr, dass man sich an den losen Bodenfliesen verletzt. Die Steckdosen im Zimmer sind locker und nicht gesichert. Der Bettbezug hatte ein großes Loch. Es gab keinen Spiegel im Zimmer und auch keinen Haken, um z.B. eine Jacke oder eine Tasche aufzuhängen. Alles in allem war ich sehr enttäuscht.
