"Clean and well-situated. Staff were wonderful - very friendly check-in and great advice for our short stay in Tenby. The room had a small balcony offering a lovely view over the golf course and a nice place to enjoy a drink in the last of the evening sun. The beach and town were a short convenient walk away."

"We loved this hotel. THE view from our room was unforgettable. The QR code ordering system on the terrace with its spectacular view is a total turn off though. We couldn't even buy a drink directly from the bar. Makes no sense and they are losimg custom."

"Prime location for central access. Had to bring our own cot as property does not provide them. Property fairly newly renovated, but lots of snagging required throughout the room, attention to detail needs refining (shower screen soiled with water marks, tap/shelf loose fittings, sealant coming away around the bathroom/bedroom, paint chips/marks over walls need touching up, balcony outside had soiled decking and furniture and faux plant/pots broken, wonky. "Nobody at the property when we arrived, had to wait 10 minutes for the housekeeping lady to arrive. She was great and very apologetic. Room was freezing on arrival."

"The room was clean and tidy however it was unbearably hot due to a lack of air con and alrhough a fan was provided it could not deal with the heat in the room. There was no fridge to keep water cold and milk from going off, . In the bathroom the toilet seat was really loose and the sink is so tiny it was impossible to have a wash. "A lovely place, all of the staff were welcoming and friendly, the room was perfectly adequate for a couple of night, clean and comfortable and we thought excellent value for money, the breakfast was lovely, I would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"A lovely little stay over. A small bedroom with en-suite bathroom which suited our needs perfectly. Marion was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend for short stays and would stay there again"

"Absolutely beautiful stay at the imperial dragon hotel. Staff went above & beyond to help as my husband is disabled. Room was lovely. Food in lokkis was out of this world. We had dinner & afternoon tea there , both times were divine. Highly recommend the cocktails. Breakfast was amazing too , great selection. We cant wait to come back for new year. "

"Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for. Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best."

"Had a great one night stay with good size room for my family of four. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Although breakfast is not included, it is available and made it easy in the morning to have a good meal. The location is ideal to visit Pembroke Castle or take a ferry."
