"The tv never worked after I told them several times and it is very loud with the freeway right next to the hotel. Would not recommend this place. Expedia had not given us a warning about the loud freeway."

"The property was exceptionally well-maintained and presented in immaculate condition; the accommodations were pristine, and the staff provided courteous service. I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay."

"Perfect location and staff were extremely friendly."

"Excellent stay!"

"AC did not even blow air at all the first night. The only option I received was a dusty rusty fan. They were fully booked, but sister properties were available and nothing was offered, but to tell me I was out of luck. No options, no apologies, no assistance moving. I did get moved early the next morning and it was much better. But that first night was hot and and miserable with no solution. Staff was nice enough and the breakfast was pretty good and they kept it well stocked. Except for the AC...

"Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I travel pretty frequently! The check-in was late due to the rooms not being clean yet which made everyone have to get ready in a rush to make it time for the Ella Langley concert which a lot of people were probably late to because the check-in was so late. When I finally got checked in half of the lights in the room didn’t work. The drains were clogged in the shower and toilet, and the towels were full of blood! Alex up at the front desk was very helpful...

"Rooms are clean but the water pressure is not good."

"There was someone singing in the bar downstairs and we could hear it in our room . Was way too loud ."

"Worst stat I’ve had in years. The bathroom is literally falling apart. When we arrived the toilet seat was off the toilet and placed on the toilet tank. The room had no remote for the tv and the staff said they had none to give out so no tv for the kids! The staff said many rooms were missing remotes and did nothing to remedy this. Very odd situation and response. The shower gel dispenser in the shower was falling off the wall and overall this place was so overpriced for the pack of basics. Loud...

"Room was decently clean. Top duvet cover was dirt/ stained. Overhead light in bathroom didn’t work but luckily the light around the mirror did. Hair on wall of shower. Walls not sound proof: you could hear conversations, tvs, and dogs. We were on the 2nd floor. Had a young family right next door. They left for 4 hours and left their dog alone in the room. The dog barked and whined off and on the entire time. When I let the front desk know (after the 1st hour), she seemed irritated but obviously...

"On the second day of my two day stay, house keeping never touched our room. We didn’t expect clean sheets or a full cleanup but they didn’t replace any linen in the bathroom. I had to go the the desk where the clerk first told me she could take care of us in the morning because house keeping had all left. I told her I didn’t want bedding, just a full set of bath linens. She brought out bath and hand towels but no wash clothes. She went and robbed two wash clothes from an empty room. She...

"Great"

"Excelente todo"

"This is a big hotel - and it was loud at night. The people above us stomped around until well after midnight. There were no plates or utensils in the room, but there were appliances. The TV remote did not work well, and the hair dryer didn’t work at all. At least the front desk had a new hair dryer for us, once we walked down to get it. There were some seedy looking folks wandering around the parking lot, so I would not have felt safe if I wasn’t with a group. Nice that they have breakfast...

"The staff was fantastic, I cannot say enough great things about them! This is why the are so great, we got to our room and it was obvious that the last guests smoked in the room, the front desk time changed our room immediately. And even followed up when I went to the lobby several hours later to make sure our room was good. The property is old and outdated but...very clean. Location is good, close to campus."
