"Yes Breakfast was great, plenty of options. Rooms were cleaned and prompt response when we requested something. I think for the price we pay, it would be nice to have easy access to a simple cup of water, or complimentary cup of tea or coffee free of charge in the lobby."

"Great location in terminal 2. I had one night there and got there via tube. Directions were so easy to navigate, and I was able to find the hotel. My flight was conveniently located in terminal 2 so I was able to sleep in and check my bags early. Room service was also great. "

"The rooms are very old. The headboard to my bed was off the wall as I walked into my room for the first time and needed to be fixed. In the meantime they let me change rooms. The 2nd room had a black hair on the pillow, an opened dessert wrapper behind the night stand and the fridge ice maker/freezer was inoperable due to it being frozen over. So I requested another room. My third room was a visible upgrade and was actually clean, who would’ve thought! The front desk was approachable about the issues but the manager and housekeeper were persistent on me not moving rooms and overall not pleasant to speak with about THEIR rooms that were not up to the minimum standard. The restaurants were sub par, very over priced and staff was fine. The overall establishment was decently clean and the rest of my stay went fine. "

"We did not have a good experience here, our heating did not work, and we told management who came to fix it quickly but did nothing. Also, our shower was broken and the faucet head fell off multiple times, along with the shower being the smallest enclosed space I’ve ever tried to shower in. The biggest issue that we had with our room was the fact that our sliding bathroom door was see-through and right next to the bed, which made it super uncomfortable to use the bathroom right next to the bed through a see through glass door. Overall, would not recommend; there’s so many better places in London, I would try somewhere else."
