Our overnight stay was great from start to finish - easy check in, free car parking, clean tidy and comfortable room. Bathroom, including shower, was clean and modern. The sink was on the small side. "Staff here are where very helpful we booked a family room when arriving into our room there was only a double bed and one single for a family of 4 2 adults and 2 children. The staff were very quick to help and re arranged us a new room without hesitation. We had travelled a lot the day of staying. Decided to eat at the hotel was disappointed that there wasn’t a children menu for our children to pick from. Couldn’t fault the food was absolutely Devine for dinner and breakfast was lovely to all...

"Reception not manned on arrival, did not realise that door card and check in card was left on table for self service. Basic hotel with English Breakfast /Toast/Yoghurt included in the price. Large car park. Ideal location to attend a party in Mansfield. Not planned to use the restaurant but believe it was closed during our stay. Bar also looked closed but think we were told it was available if required. I would stay again if I needed to stay overnight in the area."

"Room clean on arrival. No room cleans as stated but no comp breakfast bag which is detailed in the booklet in the room. Overall good but a lot of money for room only & no services provided but not a lot of choice in the area & v close to friends so paid for the convenient location"

"Worst stay I have ever had and I’m not Picky. Slept on top of bed covers. Used a hoody over the pillow which smelt stale. The bedding looked tidy till I got in and smelt like someone else needed a wash. I should have left when I entered the room and it smelt like a Smokers room. Really disappointed with it. Slept really badly. "

"Great value for the price and the quality of surface you get. Cannot complain. The hall way at night does looks a bit like a haunted movie due to the way the motion sensor for the light works and the bluish emergency exit lighting."
