Beautiful market town where you can buy organic food from local farmers.National Hawes Museum-worth it to see and of course local Wendeysdale Creamery,where you can try cheese without buying it.






Such friendly and attentive staff made the stay thoroughly enjoyable. The whole team had such positive energy. Wonderful property in a superb location with stunning views of the dales. Very peaceful. Superb food also. Thoroughly recommended.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals were good wholesome food and reasonably priced. We will definitely be going again in February for our wedding anniversary.

Our stay at the New Inn 1730 was only overnight, and we arrived around 6pm on a Sunday evening. This is a welcoming & friendly pub, with restaurant and accommodation. The property is excellent for a one night stay. Only negative is there is nowhere to sit and eat your breakfast.
