"We had a great stay at the Hilton Waikaloa Ocean Tower. If you access the amenities onsite property through the Kohala Pool (Ocean Tower pool) it is a scenic walk to all amenities. The tram was extremely helpful and actually a good speed (faster than a speed walk approx. 10mph). It has four stops: Main Lobby, Convention Center, Palace Tower, Ocean Tower. Ocean Tower had its own coffee shop (Waikaloa Cafe) and had the best Matchas & Smoothies! The kids (3 boys - 11, 9, 6) loved the Kohala pool...

"First thing I checked in and I had ocean front room and instead they gave me 2 floor room that the view was the first floor roof , I went to guest service and they did not help me at all , I had to request a manager to show them the view of the room I booked and the one they gave me , she then proceeded to help me and gave me the one I purchased, her name was Mailie , the beach in front of the hotel is used by locals and anyone , there is not exclusively like they show on pics here ,I fine to...
