"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, just about a 5-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station. There is an elevator that takes you directly down to the train platforms, making it extremely convenient, especially when traveling with luggage or taking the train to the airport.
The room was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept very well every night. Everything was neat and organized, making our stay even more...

"Great central location. Train and bus are right across the street. Many tourist areas are within easy walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby. Some noise from the train/bus area nearby, so maybe request a courtyard room if you are a light sleeper."

"This hotel is situated in an old building. Whilst not having mobility needs myself, i was thinking it would be difficult to access if in a wheelchair. The lift is extremely narrow. However there is a lovely feeling of calm, diffuser oils are used in rooms and other areas of the property. I thought the breakfast was very good, and near other places if you fancy breakfast out. The staff were helpful and one of the few places that i saw in Copenhagen clearly advertising the surcharge on non EU...

"Great location and a large 2 bed apartment. Bathroom is pretty small by comparison with an unimpressive shower. Beds are v comfy & love the separate duvets.
Great to have the laundry room and baggage area for the last day."

"Excellent location where you can find many restaurants around and close to many sightseeing spots. It only takes around 15 mins to reach the metro station to go to the airport. We booked the apartment type and didn’t know no housekeeping unless you stay more than 4 nights.
The room is spacious, however, as the bathroom is wet room type, the bathroom is wet everywhere after shower.
The evening complimentary drink is a nice gesture."

The location is perfect and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was in great condition and clean however if you have courtyard room, be prepared for noises. There were noises from someone dragging the bin around midnight and early morning construction (7-8 am). Barely able to get good sleep.
