We all enjoyed the breakfast. We had meals in the evening two nights of our stay and would like to commend the waiter Mike who went above and beyond on his duties, very attentive, polite and courteous.

The room we were staying, the decor was tired - not worthy of a 4 star hotel unfortunately. Was easy to find and a convenient location to access the centre of Middlesbrough, including the football stadium if you are there for a game. Room was good value for money - only comment is it had a small kitchen area but no wardrobe to hang up clothes..,not the biggest issue as it was only an overnight ...

Parking excellent,room adequate,host very welcoming.Toilet seat didn’t fit toilet & kept sliding around.Very awkward & uncomfortable.
