You could hear the doors slamming as staff go in and out the side doors of the restaurant and the music was audible through the floor. It was disturbing our sleep in the night and early morning hours. "

I am a diabetic and needed to keep injection in a fridge over the weekend guess what? No fridge in the room, you only get two English tea bags in the room and enough milk in the room for two cups of tea the room, the second day we got more milk but no more tea bags, for the price you pay for staying at the hotel you would expect the thing’s above to be part of the booking. "Room look untidy, there was a massive rip in the carpet, dirty clothes and underwear had been left in one of the drawers from a previous guest, stains on the walls. Altogether a horrible room. Never going back to a Ramada. "
