"We rented a room with the intention of taking our kids swimming, well they didnt even last 20min because the water was disgusting, it was dirty smelly and to top it off full of hairs. The room was pretty good although they could scrub down the shower floor a little better. "

"Hotel was great. Friendly staff, clean lobby bathrooms and clean room. However, this hotel claims in their name to be at the Historic Center. Unfortunately, I'm deducting one star because it actually wasn't in the historic center and I had to uber back and forth everywhere as I was advised not to walk. Great hotel and really wonderful staff!"

"The location of the hotel is great and the ambiance is excellent in the common areas. The property has ample parking.The front desk clerk was short and didn’t go over the amenities of the hotel until we inquired. We asked about level 5 and the associate said the restaurant should be able to accommodate us but took no further steps to help us? We decided to go somewhere else. The staff in general didn’t acknowledge us or greet us throughout our stay—it was very odd. The room was nice but a bit dusty. Our room was not cleaned the second day of our stay. Not sure why we would have to request basic stay over service. Not the service we expected based on the price and reviews. "

"The room was very clean and so nicely decorated in a retro vibe, just loved it! The pool looked nice but we didn’t use it. There were activities offered every night it looked like. It said they had a dinner there but it was more like different little food court type offerings which only one was open when we tried to eat there, so we did not eat there but they do have a bar and coffee and snacks in the check-in area. I would stay here again!"

"The parking situation was absolutely awful and the front desk person was incredibly rude and dry. Our entire interaction at check in was about 20 words total. On our check out day, I asked for the cost of a late check out and they declined which was fine, but they told me “do you not know how many people have requested late check out today? We will not be granting any more.” I replied I didn’t know because I don’t work there and was just inquiring. The room was fine and clean, just the people made the stay unwelcoming "
