If you're looking to experience a small part of local history mixed with modern courtesy, look no further than Hotel Andaluz. Mark and Alicia in Valet consistently set and hold the standard of excellence upon arrival. Maria at the front desk is always so gracious and welcoming. Byron at the bar makes the most wonderul cocktails! Seeing and being waited on by Savanna at Char completes the entire experience- she has a great attitude and pays immaculate attention to detail! My partner and I love the diversity among the staff; everyone has such an interesting story which only add to this hotel's charm and allure. We've never had a bad experience, and will continue to return to this hotel

The room was clean and nice. The staff was absolutely amazing. When we called for something it was brought to our room quickly. Only reason i didnt rate it 5 stars was because we booked here because they had valet parking but when we arrived the valet was full so we had to park in the garage. There was human feces in the garage.
