"Staff very helpful, property very tired and dated, room quite dark even with all lights on."

"Good parking. Staff pleasant on check in / check out. Decent pub restaurant next door. Room very tired and in need of refurbishment. Window single pane and was not sealed so could feel a draught around the seal. Shower hose broken and kinked which stopped the flow when using the shower head. A lot of flies in the room. Noisy at night from people wandering the corridors making noise and sounded like a herd of elephants walking around in the room above kept me awake. Bed quite comfy. Would probably not stay here again. "

"Breakfast was freshly cooked; not rushed. Room was delightful. Staff were lovely overall. I had an issue with a pot of tea for 2 ordered at the bar in the evening. It came as a large teapot with just one tea bag in it. It was very weak so I asked a member of the restaurant staff for another tea bag which never materialised. Fortunately as we were staying at the hotel we were able to collect a tea bag from the room! "

"Lovely birthday stay, we stayed in a suite room 207, lovely huge suite with fabulous corner view of gardens. Huge bath and shower, all spotlessly clean. Staff are attentive and friendly and even had a birthday card which was a lovely touch. We enjoyed a few glasses of champagne in the Gloriana Bar too. Breakfast was fabulous, good quality and choice. Thanks for another lovely stay "

"Our 4th visit to Aviator and it never disappoints. This visit was an overnight stop before an early Heathrow flight. We'd much prefer to stay here than one of the 'airport' hotels. Aviator is very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. They have a lovely staff plus great restaurant and bar. Parking is easy. Really comfortable beds and decent shower left us well rested and relaxed. We'll definitely be back!"

"Town centre location in pleasant town of Odiham. Nicely appointed room with coffee machine, good for the price. Breakfast a basic continental, but staff very friendly. No parking but managed to find free space on road (free 6PM to 10 AM). Some noise from pub below during evening, but not an issue during sleeping hours. Overall nice pub and fair price."

"The staff were outstanding. The owners, Pat and Lyn, were the friendliest pub landlord and landlady in Britain. Ruby was a fantastic host and Andy was incredibly charming. The bar itself was beautifully constructed and thye home made Steak and Ale pie was the best meal I've ever had. The home made chili was next level perfection."

"Great location, in a nicely modern service station with a Starbucks drive thru and Pizza Express. The view from the window was pine trees and the car park (and our car). You can only access from the Southbound services. The best thing was the value for money. Couldn't beat the price elsewhere. Reception staff very friendly. Would stay again."

"What ever you do don’t stay in room 316, the noise from the fan (not sure if it’s an extractor or air circulation) kept me awake nearly all night. I rang reception at 4am and begged them to turn it off with no luck, they offered to change my room, but I didn’t want to pack all my things away and get dressed just to get an extra 2 hours sleep. They were very apologetic, but had it been a premier inn with the 100% satisfaction guarantee I think I would have got a free night or my money back! Holiday in didn’t offer this! Avoid room 316 at all costs!!!"
