"The hotel was nice but the first room we got was NOT CLEAN. There was a dirty towel and hand print on the shower glass. And the room smelled awful. I did get a new room immediately Allen I reported it but it left a bad taste in my mouth about the cleanliness of the hotel. We also were not informed at construction was going and it was very loud"

"It’s a beautiful hotel super close to soho, local bars and restaurants. Rooms are quite small with not much storage for personal things. We everyone was super nice besides one bartender on the rooftop bar. "

Shout out to Julian who was so kind and helpful! The room was perfect for my overnight stay. Location was in the center of great shopping and restaurants. I look forward to visiting again soon. "
