"No complementary water. Breakfast was good."

"The hotel is excellent in terms of location and amenities, making it a perfect choice for families! The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially the front desk team, who consistently went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. "Nice Hotel "

"Spacious and clean room, well decorated and maintained. The resturant is as good as many people have commented. 5 min to airport. Very good place to stay."

"Free shuttle to and from the airport. Helpful staff"

"Super friendly and helpful staff, clean comfy room, and great breakfast. Excellent in every way!"

"Great place to stay. I thought the water bottles at check in was a nice touch. I thought everyone there was very friendly. The only negative would be that I saw two drops of blood on the comforter that were not mine."

"Very dirty rooms , stained pillows and towels … not enough towels for 2 people . On the edge of the bed frame you could see very dirty. Would not stay here again"

"Nice aquarium!"

"Cuarto limpio y cómodo , tenía nevera microondas aire acondicionado y agua caliente , la cama un poco dura pero es lo menos importante , lo único que no vi fue elevador para el segundo piso y eso hizo difícil subir mis cosas"

"This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel, which we have now adopted as our home in Buffalo. The hotel itself is in a great location and feels very safe. The grounds and inside the hotel were very clean and our room was no exception. The staff were super friendly, attentive and helpful. They provided us with a free upgrade to a handicapped room, which was very helpful as my spouse is disabled. There were some descent options at breakfast and we were not disappointed in any of the food."
