"The property was exactly as advertised and our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The location was great with it being easy to walk to any of the big tourists spots and there was parking. We reached out to the owners several times and they were amazing! The only item of not is the property is on a Main Street in a city across from a bus stop so there is some road noise but that is to be expected."

"I had a lovely stay at Hotel Reykjavík Saga. The location is unbeatable, and the staff were friendly, professional, and efficient throughout my stay. They were also very accommodating with several room changes I requested for different reasons, which I greatly appreciated. My main disappointment was the breakfast offering. "Loved the location, the building was very clean inside and out. Lacking basic room amenities. No TV, radio, or anything anywhere in the building. Power outlets in weird locations. Wasn’t pleased that we couldn’t even enter the building until check in time, that definitely needs to be looked at for future customers with luggage. "

"Place was spotless. Very close to all the fun stuff and walking distance from the bus station. They gave us a great deal too, seven nights for the price of five, let us check in early and it was a full apartment with real stove fridge and dishwasher. Had a washer dryer in bathroom which saved us because airline lost my luggage. Great experience. In fact, when we go back we will Try to stay there again."

"We arrived quite early and were greeted by friendly staff who did offer us the option of an early check in, as the room was ready, but for an additional fee. (If the room is already made up, this could have been waived). We passed on that and they were happy to look after our bags while we explored the harbour area.
