"This hotel cost me over $700 for two days. Not sure if it was just my room, but the bed sheets and room itself was nice; however, the bottom walls were warped from water damage, the floors near the bed leading to the bathroom stayed wet even after wiping four times. "Hotel is pretty but nowhere near what you would expect for autograph. Upon arrival, none of the outlets near the bed were working. When I notified the staff, they pretty much told me that they should be and if they aren’t, well then sorry because there’s nothing they could do. The second issue was that our shower was not cleaned. The seat of the shaper had dried conditioner clumps and hair stuck to it. "The room and everything about the hotel was a 10/10 minus nothing! I enjoyed the comfortability and accessibility to luxury! I will definitely be there again and again! The staff were nice and helpful! The only thing I suggest is having cutlery and plates, dishwashing soap in the sink and kitchen area. I had the studio king suite"

"Stayed for my daughter’s birthday. The balloons were in the room when we arrived as expected. She was later brought a mini happy birthday cake that was delivered to the room. We also had an amazing spa day the next day. The hotel staff and spa staff were all professional and courteous. My husband and I also stay at this property about twice a year, and has remained one of our favorites."
