施設、一般的なホテル・サービスも良好でしたが、ホテルのロケーションも至近距離に多くの日本食レストランがあり、また日本食スーパーの富文があるのも長期滞在者には大変助かります。なんといっても日本語でコミュニケーションのできるホテルスタッフのサービス精神や親切さが貴重です。日本から持ち込んだスマホの調子が悪くうまく機能しなかったときは皆で協力して修復に取り組んでくれ、それでもだめだったので、翌日個人的に空いているスマホを持ってきてくれ、滞在中代償も取らずに貸してくれました。

日本語で対応してくれる点、朝食に日本食が選べる点は良かったですが、チェックインした部屋に前の客が使用したタオルやマスクが放置されており、部屋を変更してもらったらTVの設定がされていなかったりと準備不足を感じました。また、禁煙ルームを選びましたが元喫煙ルームという感じでにおいは結構するので、部屋に備え付けのファブリーズは重宝しました。
