The hotel has a beautiful and well-designed interior with a modern and elegant atmosphere. The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, and supportive throughout my stay. The room was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, very clean, and offered a great view. I was truly satisfied with the quality of service provided by the hotel. The rooftop swimming pool was also very nice; however, due to the cold weather, I didn’t have a chance to experience it. The entire hotel, including the guest rooms, was kept extremely clean and well maintained. The facilities are carefully invested in and feel modern and high-end, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this was a very pleasant and satisfying stay. I was happy with every aspect of the hotel, and it will definitely be my first and only choice when I return to Vietnam.

The hotel has a beautiful design and makes a great first impression. I was especially satisfied with the separate lobby area, which provides a quiet and comfortable space to relax. The reception staff were extremely friendly and professional — particularly the receptionist wearing glasses, who was very pleasant and welcoming. I truly appreciated this. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and all of my requests were handled promptly. The room was clean and comfortable, with a window overlooking the outside, which made the stay very pleasant. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, including pho and eggs, allowing me to enjoy a satisfying meal after a long overnight flight from Thailand to Hanoi. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely return to stay here for another night after our trip to Ha Long Bay and Sapa.

The hotel is beautifully designed with a refined and elegant style. The interior decor, artwork, and furnishings clearly reflect a high level of investment and attention to detail. Housekeeping is excellent; the room was very clean, spacious, and quiet, making us feel safe and comfortable. We slept very well at night. The check-in process was quick and pleasant. The front desk staff were friendly, attentive, and very supportive. Wherever we went, they always checked on us and were ready to assist whenever we needed help. Breakfast was delicious and well prepared, with a good variety of options, including eggs and Pho also pretty. The restaurant is located next to the outdoor swimming pool, so we chose to enjoy our breakfast there, which made the experience truly relaxing and wonderful. The room was fully equipped with all necessary amenities, and having a window made it bright and airy. Overall, it was a completely satisfying stay, and I will definitely return in the future because everything was simply excellent.

Breakfast and staff were excellent. Room was clean and cleaned daily. No safe in room. No secure area to leave luggage for the day. Staff are willing to hold luggage for the day in a room frequented by many individuals. The hotel is located at the end of a narrow alley making it more challenging for Grab drivers to pick up and drop-off. Pool looked good but did not try. Neighborhood has lots of every day city life in Vietnam-fish and chicken being cleaned, families and friends gathered eating outside in front of buildings and some construction. Though very quiet from 11pm-7am for sleeping.
