Great place for backpackers

Central place with a helpful reception. Clean and nice beds. Was also really easy to find other backpackers to talk with and get travel recommendations. Also loved their "chill" area on the second floor.

This place is truly remarkable and I would definitely stay again. Huge shout out to Galvin who helped me order some medals I needed. He also coordinated an awesome tour for me to the Ha Giang loop! I would HIGHLY recommed here. As their slogan goes its the little things thay matter most and I am a little things girl. They truly matter!! Probably the first trini to stay here but Ill be back with friends 🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹

Overall, clean, centrally located, and recommended

Not bad! The room didn't have a bathroom attached to it, there were multiple bathrooms per level, great location, and importantly, it was clean. There was one incident where my mom called the front desk and the front desk person said I wasn't checked into the hotel instead of just passing it to someone that could understand her question... Overall, really good. I came back from an excursion earlier than expected and booked this hostel again. I recommend and would stay again.

Once you have checked in at the counter in the back, you will be given instructions on how to change your bath towels, andthe introduction is done lol. The staff were friendly and willing to help if you had any questions. Located in the old town, it is very convenient including the night market. Bath towels were replaceable, sheets and a toothbrush set were provided every day. You can also use Japanese electrical outlets without any problems. It's a restaurant and full of guests, so I used to eat 25 banh mi there as well. The sofa is nice and soft too. The toilet and shower room next to 203, the shower room on the right, the lock is loose and the door won't close. If you have sandals, you won't have to worry. I also left my luggage with me and went to pick it up myself, so I didn't have to worry about being cut off as mentioned by other people. Everyone was sorting out their backpacks. Overall, I'm glad I was able to enjoy my solo trip!奥のカウンターで受付済ませたら、バスタオル交換の説明だけあって、後はフリーな感じです。困ったら質問すれば色々教えてくれる感じの雰囲気よいスタッフたちでした。 旧市街地にあり、ナイトマーケット含め利便性が高いです。バスタオルは交換性、毎日シーツと歯ブラシセットされていました。日本のコンセントも問題なく使えます。 レストランかつ宿泊者のだらけ場所になっているので、私もそこでバインミー25食べたりしていました。ソファも柔らかくていいです。 203の並びにあるトイレとシャワールーム、右のシャワールームは鍵が緩くてドア閉まらないです。サンダルあれば憂いなしです。 荷物預けも自分で置いて取りに行くスタイルなので、他の方の言う切られたとかもなかったです。皆自分のザック並べてく感じでした。総じて、一人旅も気楽に過ごせてよかったです!

I wish that female only dormitories had a female only washroom. A group of men watched as I exited the shower only wrapped in a towel and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

Un bâtiment rénové, très bien entretenu, des casiers adaptés pour les valises. L’emplacement central est idéal pour faire les visites. Le personnel est charmant, surtout Victor qui aide à porter les valises et un jeune homme à l’accueil (lunettes) dont je n’ai pas retenu le prénom. NB. Il serait judicieux d’indiquer sur l’annonce le coût de la caution (200kdong), sinon on se fait houspiller par le dragon frisé 😉

予定の便が遅れてしまい深夜にチェックインした。自分自身かなり疲れていたがホテルにエレベーターがなく5階まで荷物を持ちながら上がっていくのはとてもしんどかった。またドミトリーなので覚悟はしていたが隣の人のイビキがうるさすぎて疲れていたのにもかかわらず3時間ほどしか寝れなかった。なによりベッドで寝ようとすると蟻の大群がベッドの上に。すべて退治してなんとか寝たがしんどい身体にムチを打ってやらないといけず本当に疲れた。 さらに帰りはバスタオルを持ってチェックアウトしないといけなかったみたいで5階までの昇り降りをまたやる羽目になった。 最初からチェックインのときに言えや！と思いました。

女性専用ルーム１泊利用しました。お部屋の中にシャワールーム、トイレ、洗面台もあり清潔。ロッカーの鍵は部屋のカードキーでした。部屋の中にいても廊下の声やプールの水の音など聞こえましたがホテル内が無音よりいいかなーと思います。4Ｆでしたがエレベーターはありません。部屋の前にもトイレとシャワールーム、洗面台が2つづつあり他の人とタイミングが重なってしまっても大丈夫でした。フロントの方は英語ができなくても優しく対応してくれましたが案内してくれた方は部屋に案内してベッドとロッカーはここと教えてくれましたがシャワー室やトイレなどの説明はしてくれなかったので案内の後ドア開けたりしてホテルの中を探検しました。チェックアウトの日ツアーで夜に帰ってきたのですがシャワーを借りてから空港に向かうことができたのでよかったです。

完璧！

とてもよかった。次も泊まります。 観光のために3泊しました。立地もとてもよく、86番バスにも近い、有名な飲食店にも近い、湖にも近い！とても便利だった。バスタオルも毎日交換できる。クーラーがとてもきく。ホットシャワーは完璧でした。チェックアウト後もシャワーを浴びさせてくれました。スタッフもみんな優しかった。ハノイに来るならここを選んで間違いないです。
