사전 정보가 부족해서 잘못 예약한 호텔.

방 청소가 부실하여 따로 걸레질을 해야만 했다. 비품들도 매일 보충이 안 되고 침구류들은 최악. 아침식사는 식판에 대충 올린 학교 급식 수준의 식사. 잘 모르고 예약한 자신을 탓해야만 했다.

The hotel is a bit old, one of room has smoke smell, even we choose a non smoking room. In general, staff are kind and provide a neat breakfast. It becomes much better, if the owner decide to conduct any renovation.

Pampered Stay

The service at Hotel Soo is outstanding. The people there are so friendly and accommodating. They provided great suggestions for restaurants and even safe places to exchange money. Also warned about taxi services and what to companies to take without concern about getting ripped off. Although breakfast has little selection for western tastes, they accommodated my requests and made me an American continental breakfast at no extra cost. The entire place and our room was clean, our room was large, and the air conditioning worked very well. For us, the people made us feel like we were in a 5 star facility and we will definitely come back to Hotel Soo when we are in Hanoi again. .

편하고 조용하게 잘 지낼 수 있는 곳입니다.

한국식단의 아침이 베트남 주방장이 만들었음에도 불구하고 한국에서 먹는 맛있는 아침식사와 맛이 같고, 전반적으로 모든 직원이 친절합니다. 주변에 가라오케 간판은 많은데 장사가 안돼서 그런건지 저녁에 조용하고 숙면을 취하는데 문제가 없었습니다.
