Located in a quiet area, the room was kept very clean (though housekeeping seemed to come in every 2 days) and equipped with basic kitchen utensils. Lift is available. Instruction for self-checkin was easy to understand.

We were pleased, as we always are, with the Holo Mersey apartment organization. This apartment was within easy walking distance of everything a tourist might want to see yet far enough away to feel like you were living like a local. Our host was on top of everything from the get go. Days before our check in we were informed of the procedure for arriving after hours, a pick up was arranged and we were set up in our hotel after with absolutely no issue. The water was wonderfully hot for showers, the kitchen well set up for our needs and the bed and linens of excellent quality. We will continue to use Holo/Mersey any time we are in a city where they are also located and would recommend them to any travellers in those cities be it one day or one month.

Nice and cozy apartment, but it may be better to: 1) enable the guest to select smoking/ non-smoking room when booking. 2) keep the outer roll up doors of the facility opened at least from 6am, though the manager is available on the phone number given in the check-in instructions and he asks the security to open the doors. I saw several guests wondering what to do when they saw the doors closed. House keeping service is available basically when you put the trash in front of the room door.
