Pas top pour le prix...
Malgré un couple de propriétaires très sympathiques, nous avons été déçus par l’hôtel.
Il est sûr que nous n’avons pas payé très cher (25$ / nuit sans pdj) mais la chambre est vraiment sommaire et vétuste : pas de bouilloire ni thé ou café, ni bouteille d’eau fournie, juste une serviette chacun, salle de bains en triste état (joints baignoire, robinetterie,...).
A ce prix là nous avons eu jusqu’ici une bien meilleure prestation.
De plus, nous avions réservé 4 nuits, reçu leur e-mail de confirmation, et pour la 1ère nuit, notre chambre n’était pas disponible... ils nous ont logé dans un hôtel voisin, dans une petite chambre sans fenêtre, et après réclamation une autre chambre, avec fenêtre.
Points positifs :
Petit balcon sympa comme prévu.
Et situation top dans dans le vieux quartier mais dans une impasse, donc peu de bruit.
Nous ne sommes pas habitués à donner de mauvaises notes, mais là...

가격대비 나쁘지 않아요.
위치가 아주 훌륭합니다. 호안끼엠 호수와 비아허이 거리 중간에 위치하고 있고 골목 안쪽으로 살짝 들어와 있어 소음으로부터 보호됩니다. 단 이 지역은 밤늦게 혹은 새벽에 돌아다닐 만한 곳이 아니라서 리셉션이 문을 닫습니다. 벨을 눌러야 문을 열어줍니다.
여권을 맡기셔야 합니다. 여행사를 겸하고 있는 곳이라 투어를 여기에서 할 수도 있겠지만 다른 곳에서 할 경우 여권이 필요할 수도.
테라스가 있어 담배피우기 좋습니다. 룸 상태는 그냥 저가호텔 가격만큼이지만 잘 닫히지 않는 커튼 정도는 좀 고쳐놔야 하지 않을까 싶습니다.
인터넷 아주 느립니다.
전체적으로 14달러에 맞는 정도의 퀄리티는 됩니다. 기대에 없던 발코니는 좋았고요. 하지만 오랜기간 쾌적한 여행을 기대하긴 어려울 겁니다.

Excellent Stay
I have initially booked here for 5 day and ended up extending for an additional 5 days. The hotel staff and management are amazing, helpful and let you feel at home
The rooms are clean , comfortable and spacious. The Balcony view and ambiance are breathtaking and very authentic.
The hotel is just a walking distance from all the shops, restaurants and attractions.
I will come back for sure !

Hôtel vétuste avec un minimum de confort.
Salle de bain très petite.
Hôtel propre petit déjeuner en supplément, vaux mieux le prendre dans la rue.
Proche des musées, on peut tout visiter à pied.

이 호텔 절대 예약은 하지 마세요. 예약안하고 찾아와서 현찰내는 배낭여행객이 먼저입니다. 예약하고 가면 다른호텔로 데려갑니다. 그냥 돈 1,2만원 더 주면 괜찮은데 찾으세요.

Boa parte da equipe é simpática, a localização é ótima, mas era completamente impossível dormir lá. Ficamos primeiro andar e fazia muito barulho: vindo dos corredores, da cozinha, das casas ao lado, de galos cantando...

Cheap hotel with good ocation
The hotel location is closed to night market. The staff friendly reminds me to watch out for my belongings.
The staff is helpful to carry my heavy luggage to the 1st floor, as there is no lift in the hotel.

Très bon séjour!
Personnel familiale très sympa (sauf peut être l'AFP de la famille pas vraiment satisfait d'être la... Mais la gérante est au top), prix honnête. Super bien placé dans une petite rue calme en plein quartier effervescent!
Seul bémol, les chambres petites ont besoin d'une révision pour les salles de bain (jet d'eau sans puissance) et les lits durs. Les grandes chambres sont top, nous avions testé les 2.

Quiet, convenient, comfortable
Located in an old-quarter alley off a side-street, away from the traffic, midway between lake and night market. Spacious, comfortable room (balcony recommended) friendly & helpful service, adequate breakfast; we stayed here on arrival in Hanoi and again after travels, before leaving.
