Sehr schmutzige Zimmer als wir ankamen. Auch die Küche wurde erst mit unserem Ankommen grob gereinigt. Möbel sind sehr abgenutzt. Ausser dem sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Guard vor Ort praktisch kein Service. Die Lage ist das einzig positive.

訂房網路照片和入住完全不同，房間非常小，留的電話是已經離職的員工非常不妥。巷弄內非常暗，這幾天下雨也濕滑。

尚稱愉快的商務旅行

房間無法選擇non-smoking，所以有點菸味。一房有大床，另一房有2張床，公共空間基本上是廚房，有4人桌可用，一樓有飲水機可裝水。附近有Aeon Citimart可購物，也有小吃攤，算是挺方便的。

청소 서비스 요금은 별도입니다 친구들과 펜션 놀러왔다고 생각하면 가성비는 최고에요 투룸은 성인 남성3명이 충분히 넓고 편안하게 사용할수있습니다 24시간 경비원이 있어 늦은시간까지 놀다 오셔도 걱정없습니다 청결상태는 제 입장에선 만족했어요 한국의 왠만한 펜션보다는 깨끗합니다 청소 서비스는 원룸150000동(7500원)투룸 300000동(15000원)이에요 팁도 필요없어요 5일 일정 잘 보내다 옵니다 호안끼엠이나 맥주거리 주요 관광지(단체 투어 집결지인 오페라하우스)모두 도보로 가능합니다 (20분정도)그랩 이용하는데도 문제가 없었고요

住宿地點離36古街走路10分鐘，公寓裡有電梯，冷氣很涼，公寓很乾淨，還有一個小廚房，適合家庭旅遊的人來住哦。

适合家庭出行，地点适中，去河内景点一般可以步行十几分钟。但是，说能住5个大人太牵强，必须横着睡。而且，没有每天打扫，更换饮料水的服务，必须另外付钱。这个公寓离开它的酒店有距离，只有一个看门的保安，语言不通。房间里额外的枕头发霉。。。

Walkable distance to the Old Quarters

If you're a frequent traveller to Hanoi, finding this hotel at the end of an alley isn't too difficult. If you're a newbie to Hanoi, and google maps shows you the street where this ends, you can't miss the hotel. Look for the extremely well lit building in the alley. THATS THE ONE! LOL!

快適で住んでいるように過ごせます

とてもいいサービスアパートでした。最初は、フロントに英語の全くわからないセキュリティがいるだけで戸惑いましたが、居心地よく、立地も悪くなく、よかったです。
