I actually didn’t stay in the end. I checked in late, to find the main hotel closed up, and so I was directed to their ‘other’ building which was smaller, shabbier and didn’t even have a reception area. The bar/ restaurant was closed but due to the Covid situation I wasn’t totally surprised. My room was really run down and when I realised the door didn’t lock that was the moment I decided to leave. The man who let me in was very understanding and let me leave without charging me anything. I feel sorry for these smaller boutique hotels during this time but my safety and comfort comes first.

Wie wurden aufgrund des Covid-19 umgebucht auf ein anderes Hotel der Kette. Church Boutique - nicht die gleiche Preiskategorie. Leider optisch nicht mehr so ansprechend wie das eigentlich gebuchte Hotel. Leider gab es kein warmes Wasser zum duschen ( haben es mehrmals versucht) Frühstück dafür war ansprechend

Dont stay here! Lier! Not honest! Worst hotel ever

Arrive 4-5pm On31/12.hotel said the room have problem. So he gave us the room in the next hotel name Gem premier luxury hotel. The hotel said that they gave us an upgrade to a bigger and more luxury room. Which is not true at all!!!!!!(pls see the photo1-4)This room is on the 2nd floor on the left side from lift. The floor wasnt clean, the wall paper and furniture was old, and the window is facing a wall!) After that we went directly to lobby to refuse staying in that room and request to cancel it. Hotel reply that we can cancel but they wont refund any money. Which was unfair! They said the original room we booked has some prob with water and hotel was full! I checked on the web and found out that they are still selling rooms in triple price! So we called hotels.com to change us to other hotel and callcenter need to call hotel to prove what i said was true. Then the hotel lied again that i was checked in and ok with the room they offered when i still waiting at lobby for more than one hour. I waited there for callcenter to call me back for another hour and no feedback from callcenter. I gave up and the hotel said they will give us a room in au co art (and said that it was an upgrade again! Which i think it was the room i booked at first but hotel want to keep it for others to sell higher price cos its 31/12) and he will move other customer to gem premier instead. We were so tired and disappointed so we accepted.no apologize, no guilty, no service minded at all.

De laver overbookninger og sender folk over på et andet hotel som er meget under standard. Jeg havde desværre betalt på forhånd og fik beskeden at de hverken ville give afslag eller pengene tilbage. De var fuldstændig ligeglad. Handler kun om at snyde folk. Hold jer langt fra dette hotel

La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro de Hanoi. El desayuno es variado y todo el establecimiento está limpio. Como inconveniente el tamaño del baño era bastante pequeño, al ducharte se sale todo el agua y la encimera del lavabo es tan pequeña que no puedes colocar ni un cepillo.

Okay place

We arrived at 1 am and were greeted quite rudely. The one holding the key threw the key on the floor at the person who was showing us to our room, what a sure fire way of telling someone you’re not welcome. There were no welcome drinks as advertised. The rooms (we were given a free upgrade, but unfortunately it was on the old wing so it looked more outdated) had no decor, but quite comfortable. Good location, value for money. Location? 5 stars Staff: 3 stars Food: 3 stars

リノベーション物件のようで、エレベーターホール等は若干古く感じたが、部屋は広さも清潔感も十分だった。 　利用した部屋は、バスルームがガラス張りになっており、カーテンで目隠しをするタイプだった。1人での利用は問題ないが、2人以上だと気を遣うかもしれない。 　アメニティーは歯ブラシ・カミソリ・紙石鹸・コップがあり、リンスインシャンプーとボディーソープは陶器の壺に入っていた。シャワールームに壺を置く棚はないので、使用するたびにドアを開けて取る必要があった。 　冷蔵庫はクローゼットの中にあったが、コードがどの電源にも届かないため、利用するには外に出すか、延長コードを利用する必要がありそう。 　朝食はメインを選び、簡単な食事やフルーツ等はビュッフェスタイルだった。メインはベトナムらしいフォーやサンドウィッチ・オムレツなどがあった。 　ハノイ大聖堂のすぐ近くという立地なので、旧市街のほとんどの観光地に徒歩で行くことができた。 　総じてコスパの良いホテルだと感じた。

ルーフトップバーがなかったり（写真は嘘っぱち）、設備が壊れているのに修理していなかったり、冷蔵庫がクローゼットの中にあるのだがコンセントが繋げない状態で放置されていたり、その冷蔵庫の件をスタッフにお願いすると「使えるようにしておくので鍵かしてください」って朝言われて、夜にホテルに戻ってきたら対応すらしようとしてなかったり。 あと、シーツに口紅っぽいのがついてました。 スタッフの半分は笑顔がありいい感じで、半分は微妙な感じでした（特に、話し方がぶっきらぼうで怖い話し方のレセプショニストがいる）。ちなみにクレームとかはいれたわけでもなく、当方は礼儀はわきまえているつもりなので、普段からこんな感じの接客なのでしょう（笑）。 ウェルカムドリンクと、日本語で挨拶をしてくれるレセプショニストについては嬉しかったです。 5ヶ月前？にオープンしたばかりらしいので、安くておしゃれめなホテルに泊まれればいいやって方にはオススメです。場所も便利。 でも次また泊まりたいかと聞かれると、私は他のホテルをまず探すと思います。セールで3,000円くらいで安ければまた泊まるって感じですね。

J'écris suivant des avis / commentaires sur les hôtels & restaurants et écrire celui sur le Au co art classic me tient à coeur car nous avons passé une EXCELLENTE semaine dans ce resort! Je like à fond! C'est un resort à taille humaine fondé par une famille de Hanoi et ouvert en dec 2018. Donc tout est neuf. Très bien conçu dans un style . , très bien aménagée! . Le Spa est excellent et nous avons bénéficié d'une promotion de 20% pour un traitement en couple. Le pied intégral! Le buffet petit-déjeuner est carrément somptueux et varié. Il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir envie. Le personnel est TRES attentionné. Ils sont vraiment aux petits soins, proactifs, efficaces bref charmants! Et tout le temps avec le sourire. On sent une bonne formation derrière tout cela. Cela aide à passer un séjour paisible. Très belle excursion. Nous avons pris la formule 2 jours avec 1 nuit sur une jonque 15 p. Nous étions 13 plus l équipage donc idéal. Les cabines sont très confortables, les repas très copieux et excellents. Notre guide Dui très bien, visites guidées très intéressantes. On recommande vivement cette agence de qualité, sérieuse et fiable

Wij kwam met regen aan in Hanoi, dus waren van plan een luxe hotel te boeken. Nou, dat is in ieder geval gelukt. Bij binnenkomst is iedereen meteen enorm behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Dit verandert gedurende het verblijf ook niet. Wij hebben 4 dagen in het hotel doorgebracht en hebben het, ondanks het weer, echt super gehad. Er zijn een aantal zaken die er voor ons uitsprongen; bedden zijn zacht, super badkamer met stortdouche en of bad, , massages, sauna, goed restaurant en een geweldig ontbijt. Alles liep perfect tijdens onze trip naar Halong Bay! Goede communicatie vooraf en alles was in orde. eer goed georganiseerde tour.. er. Al bij al fantastisch en de klantvriendelijkheid is ronduit goed!

We stayed 4 nights at Au Co Art classic Hotel and wished we could stay longer. Fantastic hotel all around. Great large room with really nice bathroom. Everything was so clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with so much variety. All the staff were so friendly and helpful including the manager. We booked a 15 day tour for 8 people going to Hanoi, cruise to Halong Bay, Hue, Danang and Ho Chi Minh City. she was wonderful and helped me plan the entire trip.

We came here quite late in the afternoon, we were welcomed by good drinks at the Lobby. The staff here is so friendly, especially Mr. Huy, he support us so well.We booked our Ha Long Bay trip with them and have only good things to say about them. The price is very reasonable for the quality they offer and the service was outstanding. Bed was so comfy and clean. Breakfast was amazing and staff at the restaurant is friendly as well

チェックインが遅い時間だと、隣の姉妹ホテルの部屋になります。その際の部屋はリニュアルされていない部屋でしたが、翌日リニュアルされた部屋が空き次第変えて頂けました。
