The place was clean, comfortable and safe. The location is a walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bare and other local attractions. Super efficient and friendly staff. Celina made sure everything was easy and offered assistance every step of the way. I will be staying there again for sure.

This is a very nice place with great value for money. I've been to Hanoi many times and Truc Bach is one of my favourite areas - Very quiet, cleaner air and still near the Old Town. Location therefore is one of the main advantages of this place in my view. Staff are very nice and react very quickly to wishes. I recommend getting the zalo app for communication around the stay.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and refreshing throughout my stay. The location was absolutely ideal—everything I needed was within walking distance, from restaurants and shops to key attractions. It made getting around super convenient. A special shoutout to Celina from customer support—she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay even better. Her local tips and recommendations positively impacted our experience, and we truly appreciated her warm and welcoming attitude. One thing to note is the gate is closed at night, which adds to the overall security of the property. If you arrive late, don’t worry—just knock, and the friendly night guard (or "guardian angel," as I like to call them) will promptly let you in. Highly recommend this place for its comfort, convenience, and exceptional service!

我住四晚，房內無電話，隔天打手機給櫃檯說要整理房間，櫃檯說退房才會整理，也就是說住四晚，我必須自己去跟櫃檯拿毛巾和牙刷，垃圾要自己清理，且其中兩天沒熱水，熱水修理一天才處理好，我好後悔一次刷卡付款四晚，要退房無法退款，住一晚就該換訂其他飯店。唯一不錯的地方是，櫃檯半夜有幫忙叫車到機場。
