Nous avons resté 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Si je pourrais donner ***** à cet hôtel, je le ferais. L’hôtel est neuf. La chambre est très propre, les produits sanitaires , draps, serviettes sont de très bons qualités. Le lit est extra confortable . Tout est impeccable. Le déjeuner était très copieux, les plats sont chauds même à 9h du matin. La soupe Pho était succulente. L’hôtel est proche de tout. Le personnel est très professionnel, aimable, accueillant, courtois , surtout très souriant, toujours prêt à nous aider. J’ai mentionné à madame Tuy que ses sachets de thé sont très bon et que cela m’a aidé pour soulager ma gorge irritée et le lendemain matin le monsieur de la réception m’a téléphoné dans ma chambre pour me demander si je désirais qu’il les procure au magasin et livrer dans ma chambre pour moi. WoW!!! Toute une service et attention VIP. Un grand merci à: Tien NH, Phi LT, Hung LT, Tuy, Quynh TLHC, Thanh Bell, Tung de la cuisine, l’équipe de sécurité. Grace à vous, nous avons passé 2 jours inoubliables. Nous reviendrons surement à votre hôtel si jamais l’occasion se présente . Merci de nous avoir accueilli chez vous🥰❤️
