"The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond so you have the best time!
You can chat with them on WhatsApp, which is a game changer because if you need anything they will always be there to help you.
You can get your laundry organised with them. You can get Grab orders sent to the lobby and there will be someone there to mind it for you. Every staff member was helpful and made sure that we were taken care of. You could also arrange for airport transport to and from the hotel.
We really...

"The property had excellent communication with me. Although they were remodeling, they exceeded my expectations by providing me with a Balcony Room, when their MK Terrace Suite was not available, and even refunded (in cash) the difference, but charged me the price of a Deluxe room. I enjoyed the breakfast each morning.
I especially like the bell hop kid. I think his name was Duong. He was also so helpful and informative of where to go and eat around the Old Quarter. I also like the Gelato...

"The room was clean, but there wasn’t a kettle in the room, and the shared one didn’t seem very clean. Our room was on the third floor, so carrying our bags up was quite a hassle. Overall, the area is very lively and centrally located, so it was still a good experience."

"Loved our stay here ! Staff were beyond helpful and always available. Only one tiny hiccup I noticed were tiny ants coming into our room from the window facing the pool. It didn’t bother my boyfriend and I that much, I always carry Lysol wipes and it was an easy fix. Laundry service was easy to use and fast. The buffet was well stocked with different options, we had kept missing the time frame and our friends who were also staying were raving about it and we knew we had to have at least one...

"Location is cool bunch of bars and clubs around if that’s your vibe, staff is great for the price that you’re paying for this hostel you cannot complain no beat it. It’s very nice if you’re solo traveler looking for a bed a shower a toilet this is a good spot. Honestly, this was the most comfortable bed that I stayed on so far on my whole trip and I stayed at some good hotels. It is cheaper. Price will bring certain crowd here but overall safe have a locker to lock your items have a place to...
