"Amazing room, especially for the price, even as a solo traveller. Would definitely recommend (and have done to friends and family already). Great location, can see the deer from the window. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Basically an apartment, with a hob to cook on, a washing machine, just amazing. I can praise highly enough. Wish I could have stayed longer, and will definitely return if I ever go to Japan again."

I think they tried to provide check-in information to my home phone number, but obviously, as a traveller, I had no access to my home phone number. "Everything about this hotel was exceptional, the room, the spa, the food, the grounds and in particular the staff. Their friendliness and attention to detail made our stay so special, we couldn’t fault a thing.
