The rooms are clean well daily and free snack & drinks provided. Breakfast is great with variety, but they need to improve their way of keeping the hot food warmer. Especially western food, it shouldn't be kept at room temperature.

Great location in Hamgzhou

Room was clean and comfortable. Great location within easy walking distance to shops, malls and metro. Short walk to Xiwu Lake as well.

Very accessible and just next to a mall. Lots of dining options. Near the metro too. Room is clean, big and modern. But the bed is rather uncomfortable and firm.

Hotel is very clean. They offered free Peet’s coffee made by barista- each room gets a certain number of tickets based on number of days booked. There are a lot of malls and food options around, all walkable distance. The place is about 5-10 minute walk from Wulin night market and 10 minute walk to west lake.

Metro at the doorstep, huge mall and night market opposite, short walk from West Lake. Hotel has everything for a comfortable stay. If I were to nitpick, thw hotel doesn't have proper drop-off point and the gym consist of only a threadmill and spin bike.

Good - hotel had a great location, near to the mrt and lots of eateries around. Room is clean, check in was fast. Bad - bed a bit hard for me. Wifi super lousy, connection problem. Could not lock in after a day and have to keep calling the front desk for a new password. Lobby no toilets.

Mostly great! Easy location, nice room, staffs are fine! It is a bit noisy if room is facing the big street. But the most annoying thing is I got waken up several time by the noisy robot room service machine, it talks and make noisy as it going by my room as the room next mine kept ordering thing late in the evening.

The hotel is very convenient in its prime location on Yanan Road, right opposite the Kerry Centre and Fengqi Road subway being just a few steps from the entrance. The hotel is the Hyatts take on a modern, digital nomad friendly hotel. It is both positive and negative. The charging port access across the room is great, with the ability to charge multiple devices from almost anywhere in the room. However this translates to little led lights everywhere which are bothersome when trying to sleep, the brightest light of all emanating from the highly advanced electronic toilet and the glass dividers spreading that light. The room also stank from the drain and it was rather off putting.

Disapointed

Booked two rooms that's were supposed to be supior king suites but instead got placed in the standard king suites facing a parking lot and old building. This automatically is a fail but it was a busy weekend and we didn't want to complain. Overall going after the Japanese look and Tech theme with robots for room service. Overall I had to hand was the floors on the first day as my shoes were sticking to something and we have a baby so better safe than sorry. Great location on shopping street close to transit and west Lake. Overall if we had been given the rooms we booked it would have been a 6 but not delivering on your promis a 3.

Location is great: 30-40min walk to West Lake, 10min walk away from the main shopping district, 30min walk to the cultural centre & Jing Hang Canal, also located right opposite a snazzy mall and above a subway station. Rooms need major upgrade in terms of sound proofing in-between rooms and also from the corridor. Lack of proper drop-off and pick-up point makes it extra challenging when hailing a ride with luggage. Gym and laundry is combined into a glass room, which is well kept and functional though not too appealing. Quality of staff and service is quite mixed, some are knowledgeable and helpful while some have no clue of things - I expect more from Hyatt, even if its a subsidiary brand.
