"Not what i was expecting for $273 USD. The furniture and accessories were cheap or old (apart from a brand new refrigerator). There was construction right next to our room and our view consisted of a few trees, a tired, old, swimming pool some distant mountains and a giant construction site. The room is not regularly used as evidenced by the dusty cabinets, few amenities and a broken jacuzzi tub. The hotel is understaffed and distant. "I would definitely stay here again. The staff were super nice, friendly, and helpful especially Game. She went out of her way to help us plan activities, such as local markets, temples, visiting the elephant sanctuary, transportation, and much more! Our room was on the second floor and we had a view of One Nimman. The kids really enjoyed the pool and had tons of fun. The green tea waffles and red velvet pancakes for breakfast was delicious! I would definitely stay here again, the experience was superb. "
