Wonderful, welcoming, helpful folks throughout. Great location ( especially if, like us, you’re attending an event at MSG). The room was tiny, however, that is normal in many NYC hotels so it was not unexpected. Beds were very comfortable

Hampton Inn New York Times Square
The room were very clean, and the free breakfast was great. The room was small and felt crowded without enough space to put your luggage. I didn't like the elevator situation when it was crowded.
