The hotel was also located in a good location which was near the onsens and convenience stores nearby. The shopping street was also a stone's throw away. "One night after bike trip over the islands to Imabari. Picked the hotel for closeness to rental car pickup next day. Close to Imabari Castle. Imabari isn't really anything special, hotel is typical mid-range, totally fine. Probably would have gone for western breakfast after 12 days in Japan, Japanese breakfast is set, not a buffet."

"This is a great resort location but a little inconvenient and somewhat isolated. The rooms are spacious and well serviced. There is 24 hour staffing but limited to basic needs. There are no dining options at the location itself and nearby eating options are limited. The hotel offers free entry to a local onsen about 5-10 minute drive from the hotel. On the plus side, the views from the rooms are spectacular and some rooms offer an outdoor patio. Unfortunately, the hot tub in our patio was...
