"The first thing that greeted us through the lobby doors was a giant cockroach that scared my young daughters. The rooms were standard and okay. But upkeep and maintenance has not been maintained. The lid of the ice bucket was broken, corner wall protector was falling off the wall. The mirror of our room was dirty and chipped on the edges. The worst was that the toilet would flush, but not drain properly. As for the pool, it had a lot of dead bugs and tree parts and leaves. The ground around the pool was covered with ants as well.
