"The room was great everything is updated and beautiful and the view was great as well, however the name of the place has “resort in it”, but it is more of an apartment building, there aren’t really any amenities, there is a pool and that’s about it. Also, there are only 2 elevators for the entire building including 29 floors, there is a daily “peak time” where the elevators have specific stops that will not go to your floor even when you press the button. "The extra fees for parking and resort fee for a pool and gym were excessive and not mentioned in the reservation. The room was nice, view was great, but the TV's were not completely functional. The roku in the living room did not work. The one in the bedroom, only had live tv. The staff was excellent and the shuttle was very convenient. "

"The rooms smelled like mold and the staff gave me a hard time when I told them the room had issues. We tried another room and it smelled like mold also and tou can hear every car that goes by on the highway that is next to the hotel. I left the hotel and went to a Hilton which was much better. I will never use Expedia again because the hotel had a high rating. "
