"Für einen kurzen Trip nach Brüssel ist dieses Hotel definitiv eine gute Option. Es liegt direkt an der Haltestelle Diegem und man ist in etwa 10–15 Minuten in der Innenstad -super praktisch! Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend. "Clean room, gracious staff, and close to the airport; shuttle did not show up as scheduled so we had to take an uber to catch our flight in the morning."

"We needed a place during the airport strike. This hotel is nearby the airport with a shuttle bus starting 06:00 am in the morning. Approximately 5-10 minutes ride to the airport. It’s a bit pricey for the standard and neighborhood but of course near the airport. Small room and toilet. Strange separation of the shower and toilet but everything worked fine. "The hotel itself was nice overall, and the staff were friendly, professional, and spoke multiple languages, which was very helpful. However, for a 5-star airport hotel, there were several disappointing aspects that felt hard to overlook. The restaurant was decent, but extremely overpriced. "Hotel is about 3 - 4 miles from airport. Room size was adequate. The biggest letdown was the state of the cleanliness, the washbasin was not clean. The shower cubicle was not clean and had hair on the floor. The worst bit was finding a pin on the floor of the toilet and the commode had not been cleaned after use. There was faeces in the commode. Bed was comfortable. Sheets were clean"

"Modern hotel, licht, schoon, goed bed. Goed ontbijt, veel te kiezen. Gemakkelijk parkeren onder het hotel (€15 per nacht). Op loopafstand van het centrum. Kamer en badkamer waren wel erg klein, maar alles was spik en span. Koffie en thee kan je onbeperkt halen, in de eetzaal."
