"The property is above/next to a pub. The pub in itself is a great atmosphere and everyone there is friendly and welcoming and they have a sister property at the Shepherds rest which I have stayed at previously. The rooms at the Bull on the Bridge are decorated really stylishly and they have blackout curtains. I got put into a room and one thing I noticed was the available plug socket was mid wall without a shelf, originally placed so In reach of the TV, I managed to balance my chargers. I also...

"Thought I was booked into an apartment in the town centre but was actually in a residential area out of town. Poorly communicated the actual location. Property was extremely difficult to locate. Claimed their was a keypad for door, there was not. Ended up abandoning the booking and going else where."

"First time at this hotel. Would stay again. The hotel is beside the M62 we were in a room other side of hotel and didn’t hear the motorway at all. The room was big and clean. Bed comfortable. Tea & Coffee in room and a great little dressing table area. The hotel shares the car park with the Nags Head (which is a lovely pub great food) it’s also near a good Italians Da Sandro and Toby Carvery. Easy to get into town Huddersfield or Halifax. Good value for money "

"I would like to say a big thank you to the staff that welcomed us on the 1st of January we were attending a family funeral unfortunately I cannot remember the staff member that was so helpful. She was a white woman. She had her hair back in one and she had a trouser suit on she was so helpful and so kind she is an asset to your organisation and she supported us with us speech for the funeral and she was so helpful and I want to take time to say a big thank you to her she made us stay worthwhile."

"Really enjoyed our relaxing stay. Lots of attention to detail. Very private spot. Weather was hot so we enjoyed the very comfy sunbeds and were able to eat outside, enjoying the afternoon/evening sunshine. The hosts had provided a large fan in the room, which was most welcome. Plenty of drinks in the fridge and various snacks in the room (crisps/chocolate) Just bring your own food. Hosts are on hand if you have any issues. We enjoyed walking along the canal & exploring Cromwell Bottom...
