"Never saw an employee. Still went pretty smooth. Room was quiet and comfortable."

"Very convenient. Quiet. Excellent pizzeria at Reception level"

"For a 3 night stay we ended up in 3 different rooms. When we checked in and went to our first room we saw a mouse run under the door and into the room. We went to the front desk and requested a different room. The following day while in the shower the drain clogged. We called the front desk and they sent someone up who wasn't able to fix it. They then moved us to our third room, which worked. We checked out the following day, I won't be returning to this hotel."

"The hotel rooms were old, there was no shower gel, and it was often difficult to find staff at the front desk."

"Best Hotel ever stayed at...desk staff was very helpful and kind to my son... Will be trying to stick with this line of Hotel when traveling. 3 thumbs up 👍 👌 👏"
