"The roof terrace staff were great and food exceptional, breakfast area took 30 mins for a drink, food cold and sent back. Also shampoos etc in room half full or empty. Lovely hotel they just need to step it up a bit"

"In der Beschreibung ist alles anders wie vor Ort. Man durfte nicht auf die Dachterrasse. Die gehört anscheinend nicht dem Hotel. Absolut unverständlich. Der Zustand des Hotels ist etwas heruntergekommen. Nicht mehr auf dem besten Stand. "

"Team were positive and reactive. Property was new so its equipment and furniture. The brands are from a a famous supplier such as Bosch. There is not food court to serve breakfast. Communication between reception staff is poor. To adjust AC in your room, you need to call the reception to adjust it remotely. They are very strict when it comes to evict the property at 12pm. They did not agree tpo extend our stay by 1 Hr. although we stayed there for 10 days."

"Had the junior suite, very good hotel, would recommend the suite, tv isnt on WiFi so cant screenshare , bathroom door had tape on it for the handle. Staff was really good. Location is far from tourist areas. Local food places are really nice, walking distance"

"Internet was fine. Location was sketchy but should have checked it out before. Still i felt safe walking at night. Tons of kids and lots of noise until 1am. The room was dingy but after seeing location was expected. But the worst is that it smelled of urine strongly. Like an alley. There are cats everywhere but i work with animals and it wasnt cat urine. Thats more ammonia like. I had to use Peppermint oil and still was horrible. I didnt shower as rhe bathroom looked like the walls by toilet had...

"Sheraton is 15-20 minutes walk from Taksim. However, it makes with high standards across the board. The property is clean and classy. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast was typical high quality continental breakfast with some local flavor. I did not try the spa. The gym has a lot of equipment, way more than I anticipated. I stayed there for 5 nights with some friends, and we really liked our stay there."
