Der Service war einwandfrei, das Personal sehr freundlich, zugewandt und serviceorientiert. Das Frühstück war umfangreich mit einer großen Auswahl und gut organisiert. "Modern property.Very helpful staff. We had some personal problems that they helped us resolve. We were in a junior suite with lots of room and a double sink in the bathroom. A pleasant view over the Elbe. Dinner service was excellent with a large reasonably priced menu. One can enjoy a pleasant walk along the Elbe from the hotel."

"Very nice and clean accomodation for the price, right in the center of the town. Bathroom is big and hotel room is quite modern. Only downside is the lack of a room access keycard as the hotel still uses the classic key to unlock your door. In 2026 I think all hotels no matter what location should implement keycards to access all hotel facilities as it’s more secure and easy maintenance for the staff and is just expected these days."

"This is a beautiful and quiet hotel, perfect for a relaxing weekend. A few things to be aware of for future guests: the main parking lot fills up very quickly on weekend evenings. There is an additional lot across the street, but it's easy to miss until you see other cars parked there. Also, note that the restaurant does not have its own restroom facilities."
