This hotel is conveniently located near the Altmarket and a tram stop. It is a new hotel, with some construction occurring in one side. Ask for a room on the quiet side. The fitness center and breakfast were both excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend it.

Ein schönes Hotel mit einer hervorragenden Lage, das Servicepersonal was wir kennenlernen durften war freundlich und machte möglich was möglich zu machen war,beim Check in waren die Zimmer nicht fertig und das ging den Gästen die nach uns kamen auch so, oder Zimmer wurden vergeben die noch nicht gereinigt waren.Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort und das Houskeeping sollte das auch unbedingt wissen…und vorallem nicht ohne zu klopfen die Zimmer betreten. Im Gossen und Ganzen schönes Hotel ( noch ein wenig unorganisiert aber lieb gemeint unorganisiert) uns hat das alles nicht so sehrgestört, wir sind da entspannt.Wir schauen noch mal wieder vorbei♥️

Das Gastronomische Angebot war leider nicht so gut. Wir hatten an beiden Tagen erst nach einer längeren Wartezeit eine Tisch. Dann gab es keine Teller. Viele Sachen waren alle und wurden nicht mehr aufgefüllt.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ viele Wünsche offen, die Auswahl war nicht besonders groß und dann war die angebotene Wurst schon grau(grün). Das Rührei war geschmacklos und auch für Kinder war nicht wirklich etwas im Angebot. Insgesamt hat man für den Preis für eine Nacht wenig bekommen

Neues Hotel dessen Zimmer sehr modern sind. Nur eine Bettdecke, die aber auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption ohne Probleme um eine weitere kostenlos ergänzt wurde. Frühstücksbereich war sehr überlaufen, die Auswahl Standard. Kaffee aus dem Vollautomaten.

Personal war nett, Hotel liegt super zentral und man kann alles per Fuß super erreichen. Zimmer sind wahnsinnig klein (waren zu dritt) sind uns ständig auf die Füße getreten. Unterm Bett sammeln sich die Wühlmäuse. Am 2 Handtüchern waren lauter schwarze Haare. Zahnputzbecher fehlt bzw. Auch so Kleinigkeiten. 2 Tütchen Tee auf dem Zimmer, wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt. Kaffee am Nachmittag Fehlanzeige, Bar öffnet erst 17 Uhr. Frühstück ist definitiv ausbaubar. Fahrstuhl ging erst nur einer, was mit Wartezeit verbunden war. Der 2. Wurde dann endlich auch in Betrieb genommen . Eigenes Parkhaus ging mit Karte nicht, musste man ständig klingeln und warten.... Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer für Klamotten ist auch super wenig. Gibt 2 Mini Schubfächer und 2 Mini Regale . Für den Lärm ab 7 Uhr( Baustelle am Hotel)kann das Hotel nichts aber es war mega nervig. Also für das Geld ,bekommt man ehrlich gesagt in vielen Hotels einiges mehr geboten. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es gut aber ich würde es ehrlich gesagt, nicht noch Mal buchen.

Das Hotel ist teilweise noch eine Baustelle, dadurch war man morgens gegen 7uhr wach. Fanden wir nun nicht so schlimm, da man die Stadt früh erkunden wollte. Zwischen 6 und 10 uhr gab es Frühstück. Die Auswahl fanden wir völlig ausreichend. Nach einer kleinen beschwerde über den Zimmerservice wurden uns als entschuldigung gratis Getränke angeboten. Diese haben wir natürlich genutzt 😉. Danke nochmal liebe Sena. Du warst sehr herzlich zu uns. Ansonsten ist die Altstadt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Durch den Erstbezug des Zimmers war natürlich alles neu. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren sehr bemüht sofort zu helfen und immer sofort das Geschirr abzuräumen. Direkt vor der Tür ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle so das man schnell alles erreichen kann. Zu Fuß ist die Altmarktgalerie im nur 4 Minuen zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahn stört auch bei geöffnetem Fenster in der Nacht nicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
