No point arriving before your room is ready because there is literally nothing to do, even though the room may be ready, you can’t have it till 3pm. "

Joanie was super helpful from onli e check in till we were dropped off at the train station.gave very informative knowledge of what to do in the area and where various places were. "My partner and I had the most amazing time at Ember Lodge in Hakuba! The staff were so welcoming and the service was incredible. Mike and Leo organised a pick-up and drop off service for us. Breakfast cooked and served to us each morning with an option for a cooked dinner as well which was delicious. The location was perfect too, only an 5-10min walk to the ski lifts. Already looking to book another trip here!"
