Friendly staff, clean room. The Onsen was great. Everything was well maintained, but with a vintage 70s feel. It was actually a cool vibe!

Yaeikan
Loved this traditional ryokan, such attention to detail with all the Japanese cultural traditions and sweet and kind staff. I loved the whole experience with meals brought to my room, onsen baths, futon bed and private sauna in my room! The perfect relaxing experience in Hakone. Thank you!

This is gorgeous hotel. The staff are so kind, courteous and attentive. My room was spacious, with comfortable bed, stunning mountain views, and of course the Japanese heated toilet seat which is a luxury! The food was delicious.
