"Hotel is walking distance to the bus and train station, many shops, and mall. Staff was helpful and friendly. Even though there was construction going on during our stay, it did not bother with our sleep. Free coffee station was available 24/7. We would stay here again."

"Maybe put on your online hotel description that Tattoos are not allowed in public bath. I already expected it but some onsen allow tattoos. Possibly I may have chose to stay at another hotel but I am very happy with the property and the staff"
