"Very friendly staff, clean rooms, great location"

"Good"

"Fabulous all around."

"Hala at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. When we needed something like robes or towels the staff was very attentive. The room was spotless and spacious. The bed and bedding was so comfortable we slept late every morning. Great shower and nice products. Loved the big sink:) The hot tubs were delightful. The patio was a nice place to sit outside. "Hotel and staff are amazing"

"Hotel is located at old Haifa part. You can park at hotel which you have to pay 40 Shilkel but also you can park on street before you reach hotel and it's free. However, I stay 2 nights but they didn't give us new water bottles for second night. "

"Everything is not good. The room is not cleaning and the service is ugly."

"do not go in weekends, was nightmare"
