"No customer service at all - asked re transport to airport as advised previously however seeing the boss was away there was none. Make sure if you book this hotel don't bring a huge bag as you will be carrying it upstairs - ate at the restaurant last night ordered Thai prawn curry however had to peel the prawns which were mixed into the curry - would not stay here again or recommend it unless you like very basic accommodation with the price tag that's not worth it"

"Well, the room was brilliant and the views were amazing. The room was kept very clean and topped up each day with everything needed. From the car park to where the room is can be quite a challenge with a heavy case and the timber walkway/ramp and so if there was a way that any luggage could have been taken from reception to the room then this might be the way forward.
