The lovely lady at the front desk ( i forgot her name unfortunately) was very nice. I will definitely come back here next time we're in busan. Highly recommended. "The room was roomy, but it only had shampoo and body soap. It didn’t have a hand soap nor hair conditioner. The room was fairly clean and although it had kitchen, the room had no tables or chairs to eat at. The location of the hotel was convenient. But you have to ride an elevator to get to the front desk on 4th floor. Then take several steps to a different elevator to go to rooms. A little inconvenient in my opinion, especially if you are in a hurry. Overall, it was a mediocre hotel experience."
